Under Licence No. 977290, Air Greenland A/S (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a non-scheduled international service to transport traffic consistent with traffic requirements and operating conditions on a unit toll basis, to serve the points Godthaab (Nuuk), Greenland and Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada.

By Order No. 2005-A-669 dated December 9, 2005, Licence No. 977290 was suspended pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to file with the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) a valid certificate of insurance. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 977290 should not be cancelled pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the CTA.

The Licensee has filed a valid certificate of insurance. The Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 73(1)(a)(iii) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 977290 imposed by Order No. 2005-A-669 dated December 9, 2005 is no longer in effect.
