IN THE MATTER OF an agreement between the Canadian Pacific Railway Company and Ville de Blainville pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, relating to the construction and maintenance of a road crossing at mileage 23.94 Parc Subdivision, in the city of Blainville, in the province of Quebec.

On April 5, 2005, the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company dated March 24, 2005, which enclosed a copy of an executed Agreement entered into by itself and Ville de Blainville, with respect to the work set out in the title.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act (hereinafter the CTA), the above-noted Agreement becomes an order of the Agency authorizing the parties to construct or maintain the crossing, or apportioning the costs, as provided for in the Agreement.
Accordingly, pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the CTA, the above-noted Agreement is an Order of the Agency as of April 5, 2005.
