IN THE MATTER OF the suspension of Licence No. 040069 imposed by Order No. 2005-A-701 dated December 29, 2005 - Cargo Airline of the State Concern "Azerbaijan Airlines".

Under Licence No. 040069, Cargo Airline of the State Concern "Azerbaijan Airlines" (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a non-scheduled international service to transport goods on a charter basis between points in Azerbaijan and points in Canada.

By Order No. 2005-A-701 dated December 29, 2005, Licence No. 040069 was suspended pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to file with the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) a valid certificate of insurance. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 040069 should not be cancelled pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the CTA.

The Licensee has filed a valid certificate of insurance. The Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 73(1)(a)(iii) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 040069 imposed by Order No. 2005-A-701 dated December 29, 2005 is no longer in effect.
