IN THE MATTER OF the suspension of Licence No. 050054 imposed by Order No. 2008-A-142 dated April 28, 2008 - Reliance Airways Ltd.

Under Licence No. 050054, Reliance Airways Ltd. (the Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.
By Order No. 2008-A-142 dated April 28, 2008, Licence No. 050054 was suspended pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to file with the Canadian Transportation Agency (the Agency) a valid certificate of insurance. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 050054 should not be cancelled pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the CTA.
The Licensee has filed a valid certificate of insurance. The Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 61(a)(iii) of the CTA.
Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 050054 imposed by Order No. 2008-A-142 dated April 28, 2008 is no longer in effect.
