IN THE MATTER OF the suspension of Licence No. 970160 imposed by Order No. 2008-A-399 dated October 3, 2008 - Basler Turbo Conversions, LLC carrying on business as Basler Airlines.

Pursuant to Licence No. 970160, Basler Turbo Conversions, LLC carrying on business as Basler Airlines (the Licensee) is authorized to operate cargo charter flights in accordance with Annex III of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America signed on March 12, 2007.
By Order No. 2008-A-399 dated October 3, 2008, Licence No. 970160 was suspended pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to file with the Canadian Transportation Agency (the Agency) a valid certificate of insurance. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 970160 should not be cancelled pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the CTA.
The Licensee has filed a valid certificate of insurance. The Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 73(1)(a)(iii) of the CTA.
Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 970160 imposed by Order No. 2008-A-399 dated October 3, 2008 is no longer in effect.
