Under Licence No. 060021, My Travel Airways A/S (the Licensee) is authorized to operate a non-scheduled international service to transport traffic on a charter basis between points in Denmark and points in Canada.

By Order No. 2008-A-306 dated August 20, 2008, Licence No. 060021 was suspended pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (the CTA), for failure by the Licensee to file with the Canadian Transportation Agency (the Agency) a valid certificate of insurance. The Licensee was provided with a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Order to show cause why Licence No. 060021 should not be cancelled pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the CTA.

The Licensee has filed a valid certificate of insurance. The Agency is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirement of subparagraph 73(1)(a)(iii) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 060021 imposed by Order No. 2008-A-306 dated August 20, 2008 is no longer in effect.

In addition, the Agency notes that on October 30, 2008, the Licensee advised the Agency that it had changed its name to Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia A/S.

Therefore, a new document of licence bearing Licence No. 060021 will be issued to Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia A/S.
