In its Order No. 2009-A-588, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency), pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), suspended the domestic licence of Great River Aviation Ltd. (Licensee).
The Agency has reviewed the matter and concludes that the Licensee now meets all the applicable requirements of section 61 of the CTA.
Accordingly, the licence is reinstated.
