AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and the District Municipality of Muskoka pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On October 30, 2009, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the alteration and maintenance of the road crossing warning system at Muskoka Road and mileage 111.83 Newmarket Subdivision, in the city of Gravenhurst, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of October 30, 2009.
