AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On May 4, 2010, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction of the road crossing and the installation and maintenance of the crossing warning system at Kidd Road South and mileage 148.28 Kingston Subdivision, in the township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 4, 2010.
