AGREEMENT between the Canadian Pacific Railway Company and Parks Canada Agency pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On April 27, 2010, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction and maintenance of a road crossing (pedestrian grade separation) at Pipestone River Bridge and mileage 116.10 Laggan Subdivision, in the town of Lake Louise, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of April 27, 2010.
