AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and the Ministère des Transports du Québec pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On May 10, 2010, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the alteration and maintenance of the road crossing warning system at Hébert Boulevard and mileage 25.22 Montmagny Subdivision, in the town of Saint-Pascal, in the province of Quebec.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 10, 2010.
