AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and the Regional Municipality of York pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On June 4, 2010, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the alteration and maintenance of the road crossing warning system at McCowan Road and mileage 38.38 Bala Subdivision, in the town of East Gwillimbury, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of June 4, 2010.
