On June 1, 2010, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction and maintenance of a relocated road crossing at Anthony Henday Drive and mileage 2.26 (formerly mileage 2.29) Sangudo Subdivision, in the city of Edmonton, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of June 1, 2010.
