AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and the Ministère des Transports du Québec pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On September 14, 2009, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the alteration and maintenance of the road crossing warning system at Road 289 and mileage 45.23 Pelletier Subdivision, in the municipality of Rivière-Bleu, in the province of Quebec.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of September 14, 2009.
