AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and Strathcona County pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On November 17, 2009, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the alteration and maintenance of the road crossing warning system at Range Road 232 and mileage 257.14 Wainwright Subdivision, in the county of Strathcona No. 20, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of November 17, 2009.
