AGREEMENT between the Canadian Pacific Railway Company and the Municipality of Crowsnest Pass pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On May 4, 2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction and maintenance of the road crossing (pedestrian) at mileage 89.60 Crowsnest Subdivision, in the municipality of Crowsnest Pass, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 4, 2011.
