On April 11, 2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction and maintenance of a road crossing (grade separation) at Highway 20 and mileage 4.65 Vaudreuil Subdivision, in the city of Dorval, in the province of Quebec.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of April 11, 2011.
