On August 25, 2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the maintenance of the road crossing warning system at No. 10 Sideroad and mileage 30.29 Halton Subdivision, in the town of Halton Hills, in the province of Ontario.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of August 25, 2011.
