On October 17, 2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of a road crossing at Frost Drive and mileage 97.44 Tisdale Subdivision, in the city of Melfort, in the province of Saskatchewan.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of October 17, 2011.
