On November 2, 2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of a road crossing at 39th Street and mileage 4.86 Rossland Subdivision, in the city of Castlegar, in the province of British Columbia.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of November 2, 2011.
