Leading Edge Aviation Ltd. (Licensee) is licensed to operate a non-scheduled international service, small aircraft, to transport traffic on a charter basis between Canada and any other country.

The Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) finds that the Licensee does not have the prescribed liability insurance coverage.

Pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended, the Agency must suspend the licence.

Accordingly, the Agency suspends the licence and provides the Licensee with 30 days to show cause why the licence should not be cancelled.
