SUSPENSION of Resource Helicopters Ltd.’s Licence Nos. 980091 and 980092.
Resource Helicopters Ltd. (Licensee) is licensed to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.
The Licensee is also licensed to operate a non-scheduled international service, small aircraft, to transport traffic on a charter basis between Canada and any other country.
The Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) finds that the Licensee does not hold a valid Canadian aviation document.
Pursuant to subsection 63(1) and paragraph 75(1)(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended, the Agency must suspend the licences.
Accordingly, the Agency suspends the licences and provides the Licensee with 30 days to show cause why the licences should not be cancelled.
