Air Med Services, LLC carrying on business as Executive Aircraft Charter Service (Licensee) is licensed to operate charter flights in accordance with Annex III of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America signed on March 12, 2007.

The Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) finds that the Licensee does not have the prescribed liability insurance coverage.

Pursuant to paragraph 75(1)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended, the Agency must suspend the licence.

Accordingly, the Agency suspends the licence and provides the Licensee with 30 days to show cause why the licence should not be cancelled.
