AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Alberta as represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Alberta pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.
On June 20, 2012, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing (grade separation) at Highway 16 and mileage 0.16 Camrose Subdivision, in the city of Edmonton, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of June 20, 2012.
