AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Alberta as represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Alberta pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.
On June 20, 2012, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of a road crossing (grade separation) at Northeast Anthony Henday Drive and mileage 123.50 Vegreville Subdivision, in the city of Edmonton, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of June 20, 2012.
