AGREEMENT between the Canadian National Railway Company and Strathcona County pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.
On September 4, 2012, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing at Range Road 220 and mileage 0.72 (formerly mileage 0.76) Fort Saskatchewan Industrial Spur, with headblock at mileage 107.51 Vegreville Subdivision, in the county of Strathcona, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of September 4, 2012.
