On September 4, 2012, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of a road crossing (grade separated pedestrian walkway) at mileage 103.23 Yale Subdivision, in the township of Langley, in the province of British Columbia.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of September 4, 2012.
