On May 6, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of a road crossing (pedestrian) at mileage 1.87 Breton Subdivision, adjacent to Grant MacEwan Boulevard, in the city of Leduc, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of May 6, 2013.
