On July 8, 2013, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian National Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the reconstruction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of the road crossing (warning system) at 167th Avenue and mileage 123.29 Vegreville Subdivision, in the city of Edmonton, in the province of Alberta.
Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of July 8, 2013.
