AGREEMENT between the Canadian Pacific Railway Company and the City of Surrey pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended.

On December 27, 2012, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) received a letter from the Canadian Pacific Railway Company filing a copy of an Agreement relating to the construction, maintenance and apportionment of the costs of a road crossing (grade separation) at 192nd Street and mileage 22.62 Page Subdivision, in the city of Surrey, in the province of British Columbia.

Pursuant to subsection 101(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Agreement becomes an order of the Agency as of December 27, 2012.
