Whereas, pursuant to subsection 36(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Canadian Transportation Agency has given the Minister of Transport notice of the annexed Regulations;

Therefore, the Canadian Transportation Agency, pursuant to subsections 92(3), 128(1) and 177(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada Transportation Act (Rail Transport).
