Order No. 2024-A-8

In Order 2020-A-160, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) suspended the scheduled international licence of the Licensee.

To date, the Licensee has failed to provide the information required to reinstate the licence. Also, the Licensee has ceased to meet the requirement to have the prescribed liability insurance coverage under subparagraph 69(1)(a)(iii) of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), nor that of holding a valid Canadian aviation document under subparagraph 69(1)(a)(ii) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to subsection 72(1) of the CTA, cancels the licence.
