APPLICATION by DP Air, LLC carrying on business as Palmer Aviation and Palm Air for suspension of Licence No. 980004.

DP Air, LLC carrying on business as Palmer Aviation and Palm Air (Licensee) is authorized to operate charter flights in accordance with Annex III of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America signed on March 12, 2007.

Pursuant to paragraph 75(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) may suspend the licence in accordance with a request from the Licensee.

Accordingly, the Agency pursuant to paragraph 75(2)(b) of the CTA, suspends the licence.

To reinstate the licence, the Licensee is provided with one year to file an application. If, at that time, the Agency concludes that the Licensee meets all the applicable requirements of the CTA, the Agency will reinstate the licence.

If within one year the application for reinstatement is not filed or the Licensee does not meet any of the applicable requirements of the CTA, the Licensee is provided with an additional 30 days following the expiry of one year to show cause why the licence should not be cancelled.
