Under Licence No. 882099, Sundance Aviation Ltd. is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, from a base at Edson, Alberta; under Licence No. 882100 a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service using fixed wing aircraft in Groups A and B, and under Licence No. 882101 a domestic service.

By letter dated March 15, 1989, Sundance Aviation Ltd. advised the National Transportation Agency that it has ceased operations of the services authorized under Licence Nos. 882099, 882100 and 882101 and has returned the said licences for cancellation.

The Agency has reviewed the application and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence Nos. 882099, 882100 and 882101. The application is hereby approved.

Licence Nos. 882099, 882100 and 882101 are hereby cancelled pursuant to subsections 75(2) and 97(2), respectively, of the National Transportation Act, 1987, S.C. 1987. c. 34.
