In its 247-A-2015">Decision No. 247-A-2015, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) suspended the domestic, scheduled international and non-scheduled international licences, in respect of small aircraft, of Bradley Air Services Limited also carrying on business as First Air and/or Ptarmigan Airways and/or Northwest Territorial Airways and/or NWT Air (Licensee).

The Licensee has requested that the licences remain suspended in respect of small aircraft and not be cancelled.

The Agency is satisfied that the reasons provided in support of the Licensee’s request warrant the continued suspension, in respect of small aircraft.

The licences, in respect of small aircraft, will be automatically reinstated when a Team Leader, Air Licensing and Charters Division is satisfied that the requirements of subparagraphs 61(a)(ii) and (iii), 69(1)(a)(ii) and (iii) and 73(1)(a)(ii) et (iii) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA) are met and provided that the other requirements of paragraphs 61(a), 69(1)(a) and 73(1)(a) of the CTA continue to be met.

The licences, in respect of small aircraft, will be automatically cancelled if they are not reinstated within one year from the date of this Decision.
