Under Licence No. 951175, Executive Air, Inc. (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service to transport traffic between points in Canada and points in the United States of America.
By letter dated May 21, 1996, the Licensee has advised Transport Canada that it intended to cease operations on May 31, 1996 and has returned its licence for cancellation.
The Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence No. 951175.
Licence No. 951175 is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 97(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.).
