Decision No. 422-A-2014

Ledcor Helicopters Limited Partnership, as represented by its general partner, 1719321 Alberta Ltd. carrying on business as Summit Helicopters (Licensee) is licensed to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.

Pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) may cancel the licence in accordance with a request from the Licensee.

Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the CTA, cancels the licence.
