APPLICATION by Aéroport exécutif de Gatineau-Ottawa carrying on business as EGO and Expresso for cancellation of Licence No. 080087.

Aéroport exécutif de Gatineau-Ottawa carrying on business as EGO and Expresso (Licensee) is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.

Pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) may cancel the licence in accordance with a request from the Licensee.

Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the CTA, cancels the licence.
