APPLICATION by Kabushiki Kaisha JALways (JALways Co., Ltd.) for cancellation of Licence No. 977312.

Kabushiki Kaisha JALways (JALways Co., Ltd.) (Licensee) is authorized to operate a non-scheduled international service to transport traffic on a charter basis between Japan and Canada.

Pursuant to paragraph 75(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) may cancel the licence in accordance with a request from the Licensee.

Accordingly, the Agency, pursuant to paragraph 75(2)(b) of the CTA, cancels the licence.
