Under Licence No. 881202, Executive Terminal, Inc. is authorized to operate a Class 9-4 Charter non-scheduled international service to transport traffic between points in Canada and points in the United States of America.
By letter dated September 23, 1988, Executive Terminal, Inc. advised the National Transportation Agency that it has sold its assets to Aero Industries and therefore has returned Licence No. 881202 for cancellation.
The Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence No. 881202.
Licence No. 881202 is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 97(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, S.C. 1987, c. 34.
