Under Licence No. 882590, Parsons Airways Northern Limited (hereinafter the Licensee) is authorized to operate a Class 4 Charter domestic service using fixed wing aircraft in Group A, from a base at Pukatawagan, Manitoba.
By letter dated November 29, 1989, the Licensee has requested the cancellation of Licence No. 882590 as it is no longer operating the air service.
The Agency has reviewed the matter and considers it appropriate to cancel Licence No. 882590. The application is hereby approved.
Licence No. 882590 is hereby cancelled pursuant to subsection 75(2) of the National Transportation Act, 1987, R.S.C., 1985, c. 28 (3rd Supp.).
