Icarus Flying Service Inc. (hereinafter the Licensee) has applied to the Canadian Transportation Agency (hereinafter the Agency) for the reinstatement of Licence No. 962094. The application was received on December 19, 2001 and was complete and ready for processing on December 27, 2001.

Under Licence No. 962094, the Licensee is authorized to operate a domestic service, small aircraft.

By Order No. 2001-A-399 dated August 28, 2001, Licence No. 962094 was suspended pursuant to paragraph 63(2)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10 (hereinafter the CTA). Pursuant to that Order, the Licensee was provided with a period of one year from the date of the Order to file an application to reinstate the said licence.

The Agency has reviewed the application and is satisfied that the Licensee meets the requirements of subparagraphs 61(a)(i) to (iii) of the CTA.

Accordingly, the suspension of Licence No. 962094 imposed by Order No. 2001-A-399 dated August 28, 2001 is no longer in effect.
