Letter Decision No. LET-R-82-2011

In its Decision No. LET-R-60-2011 dated May 30, 2011, the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) determined that a formal oral hearing would not be convened in connection with the above-noted review. However, participants were advised that, amongst other potential options for further consultation, an expedited, issue-driven, modified oral hearing process might be convened between Labour Day and the end of September 2011.

The Agency’s analysis is now sufficiently advanced to enable the Agency to advise participants that it will not initiate a modified oral hearing process. The Agency has determined that any further consultation, if required, can be accomplished through written submissions.
