4. Routes and Associated Rights
The Agreement also includes confidential route schedules.

Notes:

Each designated airline may, on any or all flights and at its option, operate air services in either direction or in both directions, serve points on the route in any combination, and omit stops at any point or points provided that services originate or terminate in Venezuela.

The designated airlines of one Contracting Party shall not operate to or from points beyond their respective national territories to or from points in the national territory of the other Contracting Party without changing the flight number.

The designated airlines shall abstain from using terms such as "same plane" or "service without change in flight number" in operations beyond their respective national territories.

Services at Toronto shall be operated at times of the day and terminal building acceptable to airport management consistent with requirements of the Government of Canada.

The other point in Venezuela to be named by Canada may be changed at intervals of no less than sixty (60) days upon notification to the Aeronautical Authorities of the other Contracting Party.

Services at Caracas shall be operated at times of the day and terminal building acceptable to airport management consistent with requirements of the Government of Venezuela.
