- If you have purchased a ticket but have not yet travelled, or you are still in transit, you should contact your travel agent or other transportation providers as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
- If you have purchased travel insurance, you should contact the insurance company to see if you are covered.
- If you purchased a ticket and want to be reimbursed or rebooked on another flight, you may be eligible for a refund from your credit card company or certain provincial government authorities responsible for travel.

Agency staff have been in touch with Primera through its legal agent in Canada. The carrier indicated that bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings have been initiated in Europe. We continue to investigate in order to confirm the status of the carrier and the impact on its ongoing obligations to passengers.
