Aéroports de Montréal

(A) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all employees of contractor "Auberge de ('Aeroport Inn" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with the public or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500,00)

(B)On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all employees of contractor "Beausejour Hotel Apartments / Hotel Dorval" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with the public or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500,00)

(C) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all employees of contractor "Days Inn & Centre de Conference — Aeroport de Montreal" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with the public or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500.00)

(D) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all employees of contractor "Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Aeroport de Montreal" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with the public or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500,00)

(E) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all shared employees of contractors "Holiday Inn Express Aeroport Montreal" and "Hotel Novotel Montreal Aeroport" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with the public or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500,00)

(F) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all employees of contractor "Quality Hotel Dorval" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with the public or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500,00)

(G) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all employees of contractor "Travelodge Hotel by Wyndham Montreal Airport" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with thepublic or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500,00)

(H) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all employees of contractor "Budget" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with the public or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500,00)

(I) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all shared employees of contractors "Dollar Rent A Car" and "Thrifty Rent A Car" who provide transportation-related services and who may be required to interact with the public or to make decisions in respect of the carriage of persons with disabilities receive a level of training appropriate to the requirements of their function, contravening section 4 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42). ($2,500,00)

(J) On or about December 10, 2019, Aeroports de Montreal failed to ensure that all employees of contractor "Budget" receive refresher training sessions appropriate to the requirements of their function every three years as established in its training program, contravening section 9 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (SOR/94-42).
