Aerotaxi DVZ SA DE CV

1. On or about March 17, 2018, Aero Taxi DVZ, S.A. de C.V. operated an air service between Toluca, Mexico (TLC) and Kamloops, British Columbia (YKA) using a Hawker Beechcraft 850XP bearing registration XA-OLA to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating Paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C.,1996, c. 10

On or about March 24, 2018, Aero Taxi DVZ, S.A. de C.V. operated an air service between Kamloops, British Columbia (YKA) and Nassau, Bahamas (NAS) using a Hawker Beechcraft 850XP bearing registration XA-OLA to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating Paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C.,1996, c. 10
