Aerotransportes Internacionales De Torreón

(A) On or about February 19, 2023, Aerotransportes Internacionales De Torreón operated an air service using an aircraft bearing registration XA-VCY from Mexicali, Mexico (MXL) to Vancouver, Canada (YVR) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA) thereby contravening section 57(a) of the CTA. 

(B) On or about July 18, 2023, Aerotransportes Internacionales De Torreón operated an air service using an aircraft bearing registration XA-UUW from Holguin, Cuba (HOG) to Montreal, Canada (YUL) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the CTA thereby contravening section 57(a) of the CTA.
