Contravention
(1) On or about October 20, 2023, at Toronto Pearson International Airport, Air Canada failed to permit a person with a disability (4PHJJX) to board in advance of other passengers, on flight AC127, when the person had requested assistance with boarding, locating their passenger seat or cabin, transferring between a mobility aid and their passenger seat or storing carry-on baggage, thereby contravening paragraph 34(1)(a) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR).
(2) On or about October 20, 2023, at Vancouver International Airport, Air Canada failed to provide a service to a person with a disability who uses a mobility aid (4PHJJX), by not returning the mobility aid to the person on arrival at the destination without delay, thereby contravening paragraph 41(1)(c) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR).
