Air India Limited

Pursuant to section 180 of the Canada Transportation Act, SC 1996, c 10 (CTA), the undersigned enforcement officer has issued this notice of violation believing Air India Limited has committed 25 of the following violations, by not providing passengers with the minimum compensation referred to in subsection 19(1) or 19(2) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations or an explanation as to why compensation is not payable, within 30 days after the day on which it received the passenger's request, thereby contravening subsection 19(4) of those regulations.

These violations occurred between January 9, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
